4. Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will: Remove or Disable Access: Promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material. Notify the User: Inform the user who posted the content that their material has been removed due to a DMCA notice.

5. Counter-Notices

If you believe that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A counter-notice must include:

Identification of the material: A description of the material that was removed and its location before removal.

Statement of Good Faith: A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

6. Reinstatement of Content

If a valid counter-notice is received, we will forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive a legal action notice from the complainant within 10 business days, we may reinstate the material.

7. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be fraudulent infringers of copyright.
